As crazy as this sounds, Pixars next film is going to be for adults- and it takes place on mars! The story John Carter of Mars by Edgar Rice Burroughs is a classic sci fi full of aliens and strange beasts and sexy red skinned chicks. The main inhabitants (whom John Carter encounters after arriving on the mysterious world) are 15 foot tall four armed barbarians called Tharks. These are my design concepts for what I'd like to see them as.

Dude, that's awesome! John Carter of Mars is a favorite from my childhood, my dad read it to me and I've been wanting to find it and read it again recently. Pixar making a movie of it is news to me, blows my mind!
